Arshad Mehmood – Managing Director

Arshad has recently taken over the business after managing other Valeting businesses previously. He is Autoglym trained and is bringing some new and improved ideas to the company to ensure we are providing a first class valeting experience to all of our customers whether they be business, trade or public. In striving to reach new levels of success within the industry, Ash brings his own unique brand of enthusiasm, creativity and drive to the business that continue to see us raising the bar for standards in caring for our customers needs.

Helen Humphries – Receptionist

Helen has worked part time for the company for the past 4 years whilst completing a degree within the area of Nursery teaching, However now Helen is working full time for Smart Car Valeting by running our daily bookings, liaising with the Staff, managing our Accountancy Software as well as running our eBay shop and countless other tasks.

Karl Tropper – Workshop Manager

Karl joined us in 2010 having worked at Gerrard Mann Commercials for over 10years where he was responsible for the Valeting of all new and used vans and trucks. Karl brings a fantastic work ethic to the job and has embraced the opportunity to broaden his horizons within the valeting industry. Karl recently auditioned for The X Factor and hopes to progress further next year when he hopes to give it another shot.

Lee Allen – Workshop/Mobile Valeting Operative

Lee joined us from the Brindley Group having most recently worked in their Bodyshop as a valeter and polisher. Lee always works hard and is proving popular to our customers when sending him out to complete mobile bookings.

Jon Palmer – Workshop/Mobile Valeting Operative

Jon is our newest member and has 4 years experience in the valeting trade as he previously worked for a dealership valeting both their new and used cars. He is always keen to work and is settling in very well as part of our team here at Smart Car.
